About

We listen, act, and transform

I strive to create a space where people can share and be heard with compassion and without judgment. My goal is to understand how a person's experiences have influenced them, and ultimately help them use their strengths to realize healing, growth and transformation. I believe in working in partnership with my clients to create a plan that allows them to reach their therapy goals. I work with adults of all ages to reduce anxiety, relieve depression, strengthen self-esteem, adjust to changes in life (college, marriage, divorce, retirement, moving, etc.), process grief, find personal strengths, learn conflict management skills and improve relational interactions. I offer individual and couples counseling. I believe in each individual's strengths and abilities to use their gifts to become all they were created to be. I hold a Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University and I am a State Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern. I am a mother of two teenaged children and have resided in Florida over 30 years. I grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and moved south for college. I received a Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders from the University of Central Florida.
